It has been one hour in the car and I am really tired. I get my pillow and slowly doze off. Yay! finally we are nearly there. As I am reading I can hear horses neighing in the distance and I know we are there.
I head up to the gazebo to find grandad. the big green as grass tractor is in working the arena. Then the loudspeaker crackles "Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls welcome to wanaka rodeo!!!'' My ears perk up like rabbits ears. I watch some of the events and start to feel hungry I go and see what there is to eat I see a subway truck and my stomach starts to rumble. after my subway I am full. I end up watching the rest of the events then it is time to go home. I have had a great day at wanaka rodeo and even better dad has won it! I am so proud of him.
